JOB DETAIL
Job Description
- Conduct for recruitment by candidate searching, candidate selection and arrange interviews. Keep record of recruiting statistic and prepare monthly recruitment report
- Support for orientation training, including in-house training and follow up the training progress
- Prepare & issue documentation related to staff
- Assist in human resource developing & planning (benefit, evaluation, recruiting, hiring, compensation, training)
- Provide HR & general administrative support
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Female only (Thai Nationality)
- age 22-25 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (Human Resource will be advantage)
- Minimum 0-2 years working experienced in human resource field
- Experience in supporting human resource developing & planning (benefit, evaluation, recruiting, hiring, compensation, training) is a plus
- Good command of English (Speaking, Writing, Listening), TOEIC score above 600 would be advantage
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good personality and service minded Trustworthy, positive and enthusiastic
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Able to handle multi-tasking
