Report to Thai, and Japanese MD

• Oversee and manage company general administration and IT Operation.
• Oversee manage and Develop Business Process, Compliance, ISO
• Oversee manage Purchasing Division
• Oversee manage Safety Division
• Oversees manage all HR functions emphasizing on Performance Management, KPI Assessment, Evaluation system, Compensation and Benefits
• Works alongside the top management to provide IT, HR, ISO, compliance, Administration consultancy and implementation
• Manages and maintains the organization’s overall IT infrastructure
• Solves IT problems and provides solutions for business continuity
• Travel to service and construction site to oversee the training activities from time to time

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age around 35-45, Thai nationality
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 10 years experience in overall General Administration and at least 5 years in the managerial level
• Experience in management overview, accounting part, control budget, finding the solution to improve the technology, analyzing the information to report Top management
• English is Intermediate Level

• Preferably in large-scale Construction/Maintenance Service companies (employees more than 1000)
• Excellent leadership in coaching and leading back office team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of Business processes and IT system
