JOB DETAIL
- Being the first point of contact to user
- Maintain daily performance of customer network service
- Respond to customer within 30 min.
- Record customer request, open case and follow-up for incidents/problem/queries until resolution
- Provide basic troubles shooting with ecalation to second-tier engineer (if needed)
- Perform monthly report

Able to work in shift/Weekend
1. 12:00PM – 09:00PM
2. 09:00 PM – 07:00AM (+1)
3. 08:30AM – 17:30PM
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male only (Thai Nationality)
- Aged 24-30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Computer skill with Network knowledge
- Technical knowledge with LAN / WAN
- CCNA is a plus
