JOB DETAIL

• Partly lead the development squad in term of technical guidance and suggestion
• Work very closely with lead, QA/tester, product owner and other developers across the team
• Hands on experience or technical skills to other developers
• Initiate ideas/solutions for leading team to be able to solve problem together
• Do technology/technical research in unknown/unclear area
• Use know-how to ensure the user story backlog is able to be added upcoming in the sprint
• Provide user story backlog story point with team accurately base on team's performance and experiences
• Create technical sub-tasks in each user story backlog in sprint planning
• Create technical documentation from implemented features such as API documents, code structure design, etc.
• Achieve the sprint with team by completing every selected user story backlog
• Do coding by following the technical specifications
• Improve/maintain/refactor the code
• Create unit testing on every developed features/functions
• Control coding quality to follow and achieve team's standard goal

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Graduated or experienced in faculty/area of technology/software development
• Have experience in software development area for 4+ years
• Have strong deep knowledge in technical areas
• Experience and in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following languages/ technologies
- JavaScript/ TypeScript
- Golang
- Python
- Cloud technology
- Docker/Kubernetes
• Have communication skills to able to explain the technology or technical detail to other people
• Ability to hand on experience to other developers
• Understand OOP programming and SOLID principles
• Understand in design pattern/anti-pattern of coding
• Understand the fundamentals of programming languages
• Understanding of software engineering processes and software development life cycle
• Understand scrum methodology
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with other technologists at all levels
• Understand service deployment pipeline or CI/CD
• Understand microservices practices
• Understand various development/architecture design principles (Event sourcing, Domain
• driven design, Saga, Orchestration/Choreography communication)
