Job description:
• Managing Customer Service team of approx. 20-50 staffs.
• enforce existing and/or designing new KPI to align with team core focus
• productivity monitoring & improvement of Customer Service team.
• Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department
• Planning & allocation of team resources to support existing & future business growth.
• Initiate training & team building program/activities for team.
• Communicating and/or initiate new process development to support customers requirement issues with related parties.
• Monitoring pending, complaint cases, improve customer satisfaction.
• Visiting customer for operations performance & development meeting.
• Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female 35-45 years old
• Bachelor degree in any related field
• Experience in Customer service work approximately 5-10 years
• Good at management team and work
• Good command of English
• Be able to supervise subordinates
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to solve unexpected problems effectively.
