JOB DETAIL

•Working together with the Sales team (Thai-Japanese) to improve their productivity by contacting customers/suppliers
•Acknowledges customers/supplier by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
•Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
•Handling sales paperworks such as Quotation, Purchase Order and Sales Report
•Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
•Handle for import-export documents and, the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
•Interpret Thai-Japanese during meeting for both in office and on site
•Any task as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.Not Fixed on Gender
2.At least 2 years working experience in Machinery trading
3.Japanese : Business Level (N1) English : communication level
4.Computer skills (MS Office) Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5.Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
6.Ability to multitask, work in a highly fast-paced and pressured business environment and be deadline focused.
7. Immediately start working is the must
