JOB DETAIL
• Build & develop sales plan and target for sales staff to acquire new customer and expand
• existing customer.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads
• and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales staffs to build more effective communications,
• to understand and development customer or prospect needs, and to provide insight for
• the improvement of sales and activity performance for sales staff.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications
• submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports submitted by Sales
• staffs.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and ERP response.
• Assists sales staffs in preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Work and coordinate with Business Solution and Consulting team to develop pre-sales
and post sales activities.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• 5 + years’ experiences in ERP sales ( Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central Software would be advantage )
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Knowledge working with Business Central web services and data integrations.
• Team player with strong communication, organization, and client interaction skills.
Working date: Monday-Friday
