New Additional Position
Department: Machinery & Die
Monthly Target: Depends on division KPI
Area of the target customer: Mainly EXPORT in Asian country.
Report to Manager and Division Manager

1.Coordinate and arrange import - export shipment according to committed date in order to support customer requirement
2.Perform purchasing and sales activities for the on-going and new business
3.Achieve the assigned Sales and Profit Target
4.Undertake the day-to-day operation:
- Making quotation; invoicing;
- Verify freight bill/physical distribution expense;
- Generate ordering and shipment control schedule;
- Send shipment advice; shipping document to customers; and follow up tax and duty privilege
- Visit Client in industrial Estate Area (once or twice/week)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age between 26-28 years old
2. Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
3. At least 1 year of sales experience with knowledge in import-export
4. Intermediate Level of English with TOEIC Score 600 or higher
5. Able to work on some Saturdays depends on company's calendar (Average 1-2 Saturdays/month)
6. Able to visit client upon request in industrial estate area (company's car and driver will be provided)
