JOB DETAIL
• Familiarizing with all products offered by the Division.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the Group Office.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
• Penetrate all targeted accounts and mine sales from within client base
• Set up and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales actions
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Working with HR for technical skills needed to enhance sales.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
• Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the organization
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor Degree of Engineering/ MBA in Marketing/ Sales
• Experience of 10-12 years in Sales/Business development in automotive tier 1 companies.
• Preferably in stampings, BIW, chassis business
• Able to converse in Japanese
• Proficiency in regional language - Thai (mandatory), Japanese (big advantage) and English
• Exposure to dealing with Japanese OEM’s as - Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Isuzu etc
• Primary knowledge of product costing, manufacturing process etc.
• Experience in dealing with Major OEMs in Thailand
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Professional conduct
• Neat, well-groomed appearance.
• Great networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
