Replacement Position
Work with Sales Coordinator
Report Directly to Sales Manager

1. Handle orders and prepare sales forecast for each account
2. Perform duties as assigned
3. Manage stock inventory to meet customers' demand
4. Responsible for Import-Export coordination process
5. Resolve customer's requirement details and find out the solutions for all of customers problem by investigating, developing solutions and preparing reports
6. Issue RFQ ,PO , Billing Note and other related documents
7. Perform internal sale duties relating to job accuracy
8. Work and learn all products and process to maintain existing customers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 25-30 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
3. At least 2 years as Sales from Japanese trading company
4. Intermediate Level of English
