- Control, supervise, follow up work from service staffs to achieve results and in accordance with BMWT requirements such as the Customer Satisfaction Survey (VOC) and other standards set by BMT.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and procedural manner in accordance with BMT's policy and the company's policy.
- Control the work of product quality assurance to be in full compliance with the regulations of BMT and in accordance with the company's policy.
- Control, supervise, follow up, support the work of service staff to achieve the specified goals, such as wages, spare parts, the amount of cars to be repaired according to the target each month, etc.
- Track and monitor employee performance on a daily basis. weekly and monthly by examining the operating results numbers from various reports as follows:

- After Sales Report
- Workshop Analysis
- Mechanic Report
- Open Order
- Daily Car Register
- Management Report
- Other Report

- Track and control bounce issues, bounce analysis and troubleshooting
- Follow up and control the work according to the Technical Campaign of BMT.
- Prepare monthly report to supervisors and BMT
- Other tasks assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male, aged 35 years and over
- Bachelor's degree from Management, Business Administration or other related fields
- Can computers and MS OFFICE. well
- At least 10 years of experience in a Manager position
- At least 5 years experience as a car service center manager (Japanese cars, European cars)
- Experienced in premium brans is preferable
- Able to work under pressure
- Have leadership, high responsibility and good problem solving skills
- Good communication skills and positive mindset
