Purpose and scope:
- Responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting, developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
- Responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner within tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
• Ensure an accurate an d timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing report.
• Ensure the accurate an d timely processing of positive pay transactions.
• Supports budget and forecasting activities.
• Collaborates with the other department manager to support overall department goals and objectives.
• Ensure all payments had been made properly and align with group policy as well local internal control and tax requirement (If applicable).
• Responsible for all tax related including mid-year and year-end tax filing.
• Responsible for company AGM.
• Monitors and analyses department work to develop more efficient procedures an d use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy and competency.
• Ensure all B/S reconcile be accurately prepared and within timely manner.
• Ensure a clean and timely year end audit, from both internal an d external auditors.
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department as well as process improvement.
• Any other functions that require by supervisor.

KPI’s include:
• Period-end Closing
• Internal and external auditing
• Tax related
• Process improvement initiative

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting.
• Thai nationality, age between 40 - 49 years old
• At least 10 years’ experience in accounting, preferable in MNC and service/trading business. Experience with leasing business would be an advantage.
• Handle transaction approx 10,000 transactions/ months.
• Manage many subordinates in a team (more than 10 people)
• Good knowledge of Accounting in Logistics
• Ability to do multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principle, IFRS, taxation, and other related.
• Knowledge of business process, financial, planning and service/trading system
• Excellent in MS office esp Excel and experience with ERP system
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Reliable, organize, self-motivated, and self-starter with attention to details
• Good analytical & presentation skills
• Excellent convincing and superb negotiation and communication skills
• Teamwork and strong working relationship with stakeholders at any level
• Proactive thin king with ’can do’ attitude
• Not a job hopper and able to work hard
