JOB DETAIL

- Lead Ion’s commercial and strategy-related operations (e.g. sales, marketing, data analytics etc.) and other operations as required o Exhibit strong leadership, management and judgment to drive Ion to success in all areas o Represent Ion and lead relationship with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required
- Provide insights and expertise; help shape team's perspective and thinking • Drive Ion's commercial success; develop, propose, and execute goals and objectives, as well as day-to-day management duties
- Propose team and individual targets and objectives (e.g. new ways of working, new lead channels, marketing campaigns etc.); lead and manage new targets and projects implementation
- Diligently track and manage team performance to meet and exceed all sales targets; ensure consistently high quality and timely deliverables (e.g. proposal deck), and highly efficient work process
- Problem-solve any situations that may arise; strong judgment to quickly solve problems, escalate issues, or leverage external help where necessary
- Lead assigned Ion's team and its staff; propose budget and manpower hiring, performance evaluation, and more o Motivate and drive team to success; maintain appropriate balance between delegation and control o Identify, coach, and nurture talents; build and contribute towards personal, team, and company growth
- Act as role model for Ion Energy; perform role with highest level of integrity, generating trust and protecting Ion's and client's interests

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Management, MBA, or related field.
• Achieved minimum Bachelor's degree
• English communication equivalents to TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL at least 31/BULATS at least 40.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Having experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Analyst in the solar and renewable energy business is very preferable
