• Work closely with hiring manager to understand needs and job specifications.
• Screen applications, conduct phone interview and manage candidates throughout interview and hiring process.
• Develop and release job postings on company job boards and social media platforms.
• Conduct onboarding program that enables new employee to fit in an organization quickly.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female 25-30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Human resource or any related field
• Experience in IT dealer industry
• Experience in recruitment 2-3 years
• Management skill, strong people skill and on time
• Conversational skill of English
