Job Scope :
Strategic business development for new channels and products
Develop company’s overall business development strategy
Expand modern trade channels though top sales (CVS, GMS etc.)
Grow exporting business thorough developing agents, alliance and in-house development
Launch new products in existing segments (ice cream, bakery and dairy), and also expand into new segments.
Manage branding and marketing of the company
Collaborate with companies to support OEM product development
Report to CEO (dot line to board)
Team : ～10 people including R&D, marketing, exporting and MT account sales etc.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
age 35-45 years old
who has 10 years business develop experience(related field is advantage)
who has driver license
English is upper intermediate level
