- Take action on other laws and regulations related to the management in order to comply with the company policy.
- Consider and diagnose legal problems including answering discussions, giving advice and knowledge of the law
- Performing work on litigation proceedings
- Consideration and inspection on the preparation of legal acts, contracts, or legally binding documents such as purchase contracts, employment contracts, etc., and regulations, rules, announcements, orders and rules of the company
- Providing and advice on solving problems that occur in the company. Following up and evaluating performance to achieve results.

- Coordinate and work together or support with other related agencies both internally and externally
- Provide and advice on board meetings and shareholder meeting, etc.
- Perform other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher Bachelor of Laws
- Age between 33 - 37 years old is most preferable
- Working experience in the legal department to the company at least 5 years
- Knowledge of Business law, Trading law or Commercial law
- Passed the Bar Association program (ผ่านหลักสูตรเนติบัณฑิตยสภา)
- Good command of English
