*Product : Fire alarm
Managing team member and analyze the number
Identifying electrical solutions.
Troubleshooting technical issues.
Diagnosing and repairing faults.
Installing and configuring fire alarm.
Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
Managing multiple cases at one time.
Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male is preferred, Age 30-45 years old
2. English : Lower intermediate level up
3. Working experience as sales or sales engineer.
*Any background or experience of electricity products is preferred and knowledge of　Fire alarm
4. Have driving license and own car.
5. Personality: active, good interpersonal skill.
6.Has good managing experience
