JOB DETAIL

1. Prepare and control division operation for billing and payment part among the team
2. Manage the operation such as customer service matters and support sales and procurement section
3. Support customer service matters such as receive customer's inquiry/request/complaint, issue billing & payment, minimize work load among team members, minimize issue of delay, improve lead-time of job closing each months etc.
4. Support other tasks related to import-export matters

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female.
2. New graduates.
3. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
4. Proficient in Microsoft Programs
5. Lower Intermediate of English (Emailing and Internal Reporting)
6. Able to work on every Saturdays
