JOB DETAIL
Key Responsibilities:
Build & manage a good relationship with customers and suppliers.
Create a sales plan for animal feed additive to achieve the specified sales targets. (B2B)
Responsible for the overall customer relationship management.
Provide technical support and consult to customers.
Build up and expand the new local and international market base.
Working with the product development department to provide products that meet customer needs and provide a solution to support the market needed.
Educate customers about product technical
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Veterinary, Animal Science, Animal nourishing, or related filed.
At least 3 years of experience as Sales/ Business development for Animal nutrition / animal feed additives.
Specialize in B2B or project sales approach with large organization.
Intermediate command of the English
Able to read technical paper.
Background experience as sales veterinarian or nutritionists Plus.
Team player with an ability to function autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels.
Strategic thinking, Conceptual thinking, Problem solving and decision making
