Job Highlights:

• B2B Sales background in beverage industry is a must
• A hands-on sales manager who is a planner and a doer
Role & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall sales of VOSS.
• Create sales strategies that improve the company’s position in the market.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers in Bangkok and/or upcountry.
• Stay in touch with existing VOSS customers, including inactive ones, and increase sales
whenever possible and maintain good relationship with them.
• Push distributors to generate more sales.
• Encourage the team to maximize their potential in achieving new sales goals across all sales
channels.
• Deliver profitable sales while managing costs.
• Provide sales reports regularly to the Management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• At least 5 years of work experience as Sales Manager with direct experience in beverage
industry and a record of opening new accounts
• Outstanding sales skills and the ability to persuade other people
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with pleasant personality and business acumen
• Very organized and disciplined
• Must own a car and have a driving license
• A self-starter and outgoing person who can work well under pressure and without supervision to
meet sales target
