JOB DETAIL
1. Responsible for research and development of processed food products from beef
2. Invent new products and upgrade the quality of existing products to be highly efficient and consistent with marketing operations.
3. Prepare a test plan, research, perform a durability check of Product Life Cycle and evaluate
4. Prepare relevant quality system operation manuals
5. Prepare performance reports and various reports for executives.
6. Perform all other related tasks.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Male/Female. Age between 30-40 years old
2. Bachelor's Degree in food science or food technology
3. At least 3 years of experience in research and development of processed beef
4. At least 5 years of working experience in R&D in a meat processing factory (pork and beef)
5. Knowledge of quality systems ISO/GMP/HACCP
6. Specialized in analytical thinking, research system and new product development from beef and able to use the technical tools in the operating room
7. Able to start working immediately
