JOB DETAIL
1. Control all Export & Import documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions and other related documents
2. Coordinate with oversea customers and suppliers in China, Japan, and Indonesia
3. Input data in system
4. Responsible for controlling data
5. Prepare import & export documents
6. Issue Commercial Invoice, Packing List
7. Book and cooperate with freight forwarding & shipping companies
8. Communicate with overseas customers
9. Negotiate with suppliers
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Male/Female. Age between 25-30 years old
2. Bachelor's Degree in any field
3. At least 2 years of work experience as Sales Coordinator handling import-export process from trading company
4. Intermediate level of English
5. Able to start working immediately
