JOB DETAIL
(1) Investment budget planning and implementation control
(2) Members of the committee (internal control committee, risk management committee, etc.)
(3) Internal regulation reformation
(4) Contacting government agencies, external organizations, etc.
(5) Operations related to registration procedures (property and commercial registration), contracts, etc.
(6) Document management (minutes of meetings, contracts, etc.)
(7) Maintenance and management of assets and facilities (property, vehicles, fixtures, air-conditioners, cleaning, planting, hazardous articles, wastes, etc.)
(8) Procedures for overseas trips (settling travel expenses, etc.)
(9) Operations related to vehicles (allocation of company vehicles, accident procedures, maintenance, insurance, education on safe driving, etc.
(10) Disaster and infectious disease prevention operations (operating the disaster and infectious disease prevention committee (including self-defense brigades) and formulating plans for disaster and infectious disease prevention trainings)
(11) Promoting occupational safety and health (maintaining a favorable environment), and environment management.
(12) Purchase management of office supplies and other necessary items

(14) Providing advices and regulations, employee discipline and staff problems as well as resolving concerns about labor law

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male or Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 40 years old or above
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, law or a related field.
- Have experience 10 years of work experience in general administration.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Good command in English
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
- Ability to set works priority and work well under pressure with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with little direction
- Knowledge of labor law and labor relation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
