- Plan and organize production schedule and timescale
- Monitor production efficiency and quality standard
- Strong management skill (subordinate around 200 persons)
- Well-versed in Quality Standard (GMP, HALAL)
- improvement (Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, Cost down project)
- Strong production data analysis to meet production plan and productivity

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male only (Thai Nationality)
- Age40- 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or other related fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in Production Manager level
- Experience in project improvement (Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, Cost down project)
- Experience in production consumer goods product (diaper, napkin, wet tissue will be advantage)
- Logically thinking ( logically when solving problem )
- Good English communication skills
