• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Negotiate deals
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male/Female age 27-35 years old
• Graduate in Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineer or any related field.
• At least 3 of work experience in Sales (Strong in finding new client)
• Experience in paper and packaging in industry is a plus
• Work with global company and big company.
• Proven working experience as a business development level a relevant role.
• Have strong connection with Dairy manufacturing or Drink & Beverage manufacturing
• Proven sales track record
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in English (communicate with Japanese HQ)
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation and Time management and planning skills
