1. Responsible for Thailand and Oversea cost controlling for Shared Service Center (SSC)
2. Issue sale invoices to inter-companies monthly
3. Approval for vendor master, PR and create internal order in SAP daily
4. Monitor and control cost against actual and budget
5. Allocation and review cost in SAP
6. Cooperate and support accounting, auditors and tax office
7. Prepare monthly actual and forecast report
8. Prepare business plans both assumption and calculation.
9. Perform Cost Analysis and compare Actual Cost with Budget Plan.
10. Communicate with other departments and business units
11. Support management team to deal with all presentation and review with high quality analytics, accuracy and also deliver presentation punctually
12. Perform for all ad-hoc assignment from management and CFO

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 28 - 35 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
3. At least 3 years of experience in project cost controlling and management reporting (if from Shared Service Center or Outsourcing Company is an advantage)
4. Intermediate Level of English
5. Advanced in Excel Skill
6. Experienced using SAP (CO Module) system
