-This is a sales manager position for a new team (Construction Machinery Control Team). Company has 30 employees now and this time they are going to set up new team. You will be the first member for this team.
-You will be managing 4 members(2 sales, 2 Tech Support)
-Main products: Construction Machinery Control
-Sales Style: New Clients(100%). As this is a position for a new team, you will be required to approach new clients 100%. it will be agent sales. You will be approaching agents.
-You will be working at main office in Sathorn, however there will be possibility of relocation in the future but will be in Bangkok.
-You will be reporting to GM(Thai)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Required】
-Sales experience at any construction machinery manufacturers for more than 7 years
-Age must be 30-45 Y/O, Male or Female
-Intermediate English skill is required to communicate with Japan HQ.
-Driving license (You can use your own car or company car)
-Management experience is not needed to apply
