JOB DETAIL
1. Leading and managing entire restaurant operation of "Chokchai Steakhouse Rangsit Branch" https://www.chokchaisteakhouse.com/
2. Responsible for restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests.
3. Deliver superior guest services, ensure guest satisfaction including plan and develop guest loyalty programs
4. Participate at local food events to promote the restaurant
5. Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
6. Organize and supervise shifts
7. Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
8. Manage restaurant supplies
9. Control costs and minimize waste
10. Nurture a positive working environment
11. Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
12. Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
-Male. Age more than 40 years old.
-Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field.
-Many years of experience as Chef or Sous-Chef or Head Chef from well-known Steak House
-Many years of experience as Restaurant Manager from in well-known Steak House
-Intermediate level of English
