JOB DETAIL

Position: Logistics Team Leader/Supervisor/Asst. Manager (Japanese Speaking)
Replacement (will resign in June, 2021)
Report Directly to Planning Department Manager (Ms. Phornthip) and Japanese MD
Responsible for Logistics team of 3 persons
Products: Refrigerant and coating products
Main clients: Japanese company in Thailand and in ASEAN countries
Expected start working date: May, 2021

1.Plan and control Purchase and Inventory matters
2.Co-work and communicating with outsourcer such as Planning production, stock taking, quality control
3.Download and compare date using Vlookup
4.Support to team-staff having issue on system (SAP)
5.Coordinate with Japanese companies on important matters

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age between 30-40 years old
-Bachelor Degree in related field
-At least 5 years of experience in Logistics (Planning & Purchasing) field in international or multinational company
-English in business level
-Japanese in upper intermediate level tested by our consultant (JLPT N3 or higher)
-Have knowledge or work experience in 'Incoterm (International Commercial Term)' is a must.

-Experiences using Vlookup is a must.
-Able to use SAP is advantage
-Have knowledge or work experience in Global Project is advantage
