Location : Rasa Tower, 19 floor

- To manage performance appraisal and improvement systems
- To manage employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
- To promote and improve communication to employees.
- To develop and revise all related HR policy and regulation
- To manage employee relations, counseling
- To manage government reporting regulations affecting human resources

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female only
- Age 36 - 45 years old
- Bachelor or higher in Management, Political Sciences, Law or related field
- Have experience in HR more than 10 years
- Good command of English in communication and writing skill
- Experience in Large company especially Japanese company
- Knowledge in Labor Law, HRD, HRM
