1.Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
2.Develop positive relationships with clients
3.Act as the point of contact and handle customer’s individual needs
4.Generate new business using existing and potential customer network
5.Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
6.Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
7.Report/Monitor on the status of accounts and transactions. Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
8.Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male or Female. Age between 25 – 35 years old
-At least 2 years of experience as Sales & Marketing in textile / Safety / PPE products
-Good personality, good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Proficient in MS Office , Internet , e-mail, etc.
-Good Presentation, communication, negotiation skill
-Intermediate level of English
-Aggressive to achieve goal
