JOB DETAIL

Product: Alternative Sweeteners such as syrup and powder in Yakult Light and Ichitan Low Sugar)
- Responsible for the level of sales in an area, route or group of clients according to company sales policy
- Engaged in sales & marketing promotion including supplying products to clients in order to
increase market share or list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets
- Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance
to the organization
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
- Respond to more complex customer enquiries
- Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to
meet revenue targets
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that
will generate future sales and repeat business.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to
appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market
conditions and customer demands
- Develop new and potential business, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing
and distribution sales strategies.
- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities and schedule own
activities so these targets are met.
- Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt
sales activities so that these objectives are met
- Coordinate with subsidiaries companies to serve the requirement of overseas customers.
- Create sales and marketing promotion to enhance sales opportunity in market and
encourage our products to be well known to customer

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female. Age 32-33 years old up.
- Bachelor''s Degree in Food science
- Strong experience at 5 years up in Sales both domestics and oversea market of food
additive, food industry and familiar with trading business
- Have some expertise or knowledge in Health/Functional Ingredients would be preferable.
- Fluency in English language , Microsoft Office.
- The ability and desire to sell
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive & confident and determined approach
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
- A good level of numeracy
- The capability to flourish in a competitive environment
- A full driving license
