JOB DETAIL

・Create, strengthen and maintain KOL relationship.
・Create and execute Sales/Marketing plan for back bone/strategic SKU.
・Create and execute educational program/project that targeted both to professional and end user (patients).
・Distributor relationship management;
・to make sure distributor goes with the same strategy and direction as principal,
・to make sure the updates of distributor''s product knowledge,
・to make sure distributor achieve the annual sales plan,
・to manage the content and availability or product brochures, leaflets, posters, or any promotional materials.
・to make sure the company''s product being the distributor''s focus product.
・Achieve annual sales plan.
・Conduct ROFO meeting with distributor and make sure stock level of each active SKU is sufficient to maintain product availability.
・Product license management.
・New product launching management.
・PO management.
・Update regulation charge custome policy cosmetic act/drug act.
・Monthly report to upper level.
・Attend business meeting in Singapore and others.

・Expand business (Selling FMCG product, especially oral care) in Thailand.
・Communicate well with local distributor and dentist.
・Find potential distributor.
・Receive the order. Control import process and delivery date.
・Follow up payment.
・Coordinate with Malaysia and Singapore branches.
・Report to Japanese Manager. *Japanese manager is staying in Thailand about 2 weeks/month.

**1st year will be freelance contract.
**Company is planning to establish representative office in Bangkok in near future.
**Can be permanent contract when representative office is established.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Thai Male or Female, Age around 26~35 years old. Cannot be 40 years old.
・Experience in dental (oral care) field & dealing with dentist.
・English must be intermediate level up.
・Person who can work as freelance contract.
