[Job Description]
・Promote company''s Products in HPC (Home/Personal Care) Thai (ASEAN) market
・Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a high level of satisfaction. Maintain multi-level contacts with customers in packaging development, marketing, purchasing, engineering and general management.
・Establish account plan and strategy deployment to each customer, with emphasis in environmental-friendly solutions. Frequent customer visits to existing and potential customers.
・Stimulate sales activities to attain or exceed revenue objectives on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
・Provide quotations and technical/commercial product information to customers. Price negotiation with customers.
・Supervise and manage sales team member(s) in direct report line.
・Control debtors and quality complaints
・Analyze market trends and competitor information.
・Provide weekly/monthly reports or another reporting (if any) to direct report line.
・Maintain professional relationships within group employees, companies, agents and intermediaries
・Other tasks as identified to enhance sales strategy

[Report line]
・Direct report to: Shrink Sleeve Department Manager
・Directly receive reports: HPC Sales team (3-4 sales)
・Share information: President, Sales, Production, Accounting, Purchasing

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Experience in packaging industry (preferably in decoration – SSL / PSL) longer than 5 years
・Education:　Specification: University – Bachelor degree or above.
・English: Business level
