1.Be a team leader in analyzing and setting directions, planning strategies, action plans, organizing work, setting work procedures and job description for both in the service area and the work process of the restaurant
2.Assigns, orders, supervises, monitors, evaluates, makes decisions and gives advice, advice, resolves problems, controls and supervises the operations of personnel in various fields to meet the restaurant standard
3.Train and develop service of personnel individually according to the restaurant''s standards.
4.Follow up and evaluate performance with subordinates.
5.Prepare a full daily, weekly, and monthly sales report. Set sales goals and commissions/incentives as appropriate
6.Make plan for the Operation Team, supervise and monitor the use of resources and budget to maximize all benefits for the restaurant
7.Analyze information about the economic and competitors as well as customer behavior to create and develop the company''s strategic plan
8.Prepare and report statistics, problems and obstacles, and provide suggestions for solving problems as well as develop work systems for better efficiency
9.Quickly resolve customer complaints, also find causes and prevent them from causing problems.
10.Fostering good relationships within the team. Communicate to subordinates. Understand and participate in as a team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age not over 40 years old
-Experienced as a restaurant manager of famous Steak House or other restaurant
-Able to work on every Sats&Suns and every national holidays (will get substitute holidays on Mon.-Fri. which can be flexible)
