JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities:

To assist in handling and reviewing the design from conceptual design toward detailed design stage.
To control, coordinate and liaise with contractor, local consultants and authorities.
To conduct periodical site inspections to ensure work progress is in order with our timeline.
To provide technical support on mechanical and electrical related issues;
To monitor and control activities associated with mechanical & electrical to avoid any malfunction / project delay;
To undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by superior, if any.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor''s Degree and above in Mechanical, electrical, Mechatronic and other relevant engineering field.
Familiar with rules and regulations, authority guideline or submission procedures regarding to M&E work.
Related experience: Property Development, Construction, Real Estate.
Proactive, Able to work under pressures or under tight timeline and work independently.
Computer literate, able to read drawing and Auto-CAD program.
Required language(s): English (Chinese Speaking will be an added advantage)
