Replacement Position
Team of 3 people (All Male)
Report to Department Manager (Thai)

1.Received Order from Customer
2.Shipping & Delivery
3.Payment Preparation
4.Stock Control
5.Issue PO & Invoice, Packing List (to supplier & to customer)
6.Receive P/O or Kanban (P/O from Japanese company)
7.PO Confirmation (to customer)
8.Update forecast and control stock
9.Coordinate with supplier & customer both in the country and abroad
10.Customs clearance concern
11.Adjust documents
12.Inventory Stock
13.Making document for submit & follow
14.Support Sale & QA section,Management help (such as, Quotation issue)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male or Female. Age between 27-30 years old.
-Bachelor''s degree in any fields
-At least 2 year of experience as customer service in automotive or steel trading business
-Intermediate level of Japanese
-Intermediate level of English
-Proficient in basic computer skills, email and etc.
-Have service mind, good personality and a team player
-Polite, deligent, courteous and self-motivated
-Able to solve unexpected problem
-High sense of responsibility
-Pleasant personality, good human relation and co-ordination
-Able to work well under pressure
