JOB DETAIL

・Achieves corporate sales growth targets and manages the sale and support of Banner products in the defined geographic territory of the business region.
・Provides strong leadership and clear direction towards achieving sales goals.
・Evaluates the performance and competency of the regional team members and establishes a plan to elevate overall team performance.
・Manages the performance of the Area Sales Managers (ASMs) within the regional territory.
・Works with the local manufacturer’s representative and internal regional sales team to develop and implement territory business plans that will achieve the regional growth objectives.
・Selects distribution channel partners within the regional territory and manages their performance.
・Works with team members in the region to establish goals and objectives for each distributor.
・Establishes relationships with large and strategically important customers within the regional territory; visits these customers periodically to grow sales and insure their satisfaction with Banner and our sales channel.
・Collaborates with the regional sales team to target accounts that are strategically important and develops plans to develop business opportunities at these accounts.
・Provides input and perspective on sales systems and processes.
・Collaborates with the Sales management team to provide direction and implement changes that drive sales growth.
・Interviews, selects and hires the talent required to meet the sales and support needs of the regional territory.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Age 30–40 years old.
・Has Driver’s License and Own Car.
・English intermediate level up.

[Experience]
・10 years’ experience as sales for some of FA products as below.
・Experience in Factory Automation (FA) products: Sensor / Measurement Sensor / Ionizer / Laser Marker / PLC / HMI / Vision Sensor.
・Experience to work with distributor’s sales channel.
・Experience to work at Japanese company.
・Experience to make a strategy of Yearly, monthly , weekly and dairy.
・Experience to manage some Thai staff.
・Can make a winning story for own products & check and analysis own activity for next steps.

・Have a high motivation to expand sales increase.
・Excellent presentation skills & negotiation skills.
・Understanding of time management with efficiency.
・Can co-operate with Japan and other South East Asia .
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Computer Programs
