Expected Start Working Date: Start: Apri1,2021
Report Directedly to: Accounting Department Manager (Thai)

Main Responsibilities:
1.Invoice verification of purchase order and FI booking processing in SAP
2.Reconcile advance payment opening balance with vendor
3.Prepare monthly AP reports (Down payment, AP aging report, cash flow report, etc.)
4.File AP vouchers and documents &IC reconciliation and IC balance management
5.Work with Japan AR and other functions to resolve any issues if needed
6.Other according tasks as required by MSTH


AP Booking:
1. Clearing AP open item in SAP
Payment:
1. Do Payment Run with SAP

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age between 24-28 years old
-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
-1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance
-Intermediate level of English
-Upper Intermediate level of Japanese or JPLT N3 or higher
-Experienced in SAP or ERP
-Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
