- Collaborate with IT outsourcing company to ensure efficient operation of internal IT system.
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks security
- Troubleshoot and provide assistance in system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults for internal users.
- Perform task as assigned by supervisor

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology educational background and relevant experiences or related fields
- At least 3 years of experienced in IT Support
- Good communication (Must) and Interpersonal skill
- Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied Audience.
- Knowledge data processing, system and hardware computer, system of server and programming
