-Manage employee relation field of work (arrange and evaluate ER activity schedule, negotiate and coordinate with labor union, etc.)
-Track changes in Labour law
-Provide information about work regulation to employees
-Advise the disciplinary punishment to the chief
-Coordinate with communities
-Arrange community relation activity

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Thai Nationality, 35-42 years old
-Bachlor Degree in Law, political sciencw or related field
-Have 5 year''s experience in employee relation
-Have Negotiation skill
-Able to use microsoft office
-Good command in English
-Can work under pressure
