Electric Department

- Direct control Production Engineering of Controller and Harness Section and report to Manager.
- Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and procedures.
- Plan and drive process of New model, First Lot, and 5Mchange to meet requirements of QCD.
- Coordinate with production to train and transfer product to mass production.
- Attend and participate in regular production and engineering meetings.
- Ensure equipment and tools are in good working order and available for use when required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Thai nationality, Female - Male, Age 32 – 36 years old. ** Male must be Exempt from the military.
- Bachelor / Master degree's in Electrical, Electronic, Production Engineering or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing plant and 2 years at the supervisor level is preferred.
- Experience in process improvement.
- Analytical and management skills of Engineer or related function.
- Knowledge of lean principles, raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their uses, maintenance, and repair.
- Eng. Intermediate Level.
- Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills.

- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Strong analytical thinking, technical skills, and leadership skill.
