【Context】replacement
•Update, and improve internal data dashboard (sales performance overall, by campaign etc.)
•Customize data dashboard upon request from internal and external parties and do presentation if necessary
•Review data to uncover market opportunities and address business issues
•Conduct market research for consumer behavior insights and market dynamics
•Assist sales team by engaging in briefings and responding to external partners
•Be the project owner to enable the data-driven organization
• Make recommendations as to actions to capitalize on opportunities and help direct strategy to assist the company in reaching its revenue targets

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

•At least 2-3 years of work experience (financial services field is preferable)
•Data analysis, strategic thinking, collaboration and presentation skill
•Consistent attention to detail and insightful finding
Male/Female, Age 25-30 years old
Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or related field
Hands on Power BI (a must), Excel (intermediate level or above), Power Point
English, Japanese is a plus (not necessary)
