JOB DETAIL
Compensation, Benefit & Payroll administration
•Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of all payroll reports required for payroll processing
•Ensuring post payroll activities and month end payroll and general ledger reconciliations
•Respond to payroll queries and offer advice to key stakeholders on solutions to all payroll and time tracking issues
•Support Payroll Operations to ensure timely and accurate pay related payments.
•Insurance renewal (group life, health, and accident)
•Employee Annual Physical Check-up preparation
Recruitment
•Candidates search (experienced) and screening application
•Participate in the 1st interview session and conduct Technical test and other assessment tools, including pre-employment check-up
HR
•Employee data management, ensure accurate data-entry of personnel information
•Provide HR support and advice to employees in HR related
•Hand on involvement in day to day and administration task
•HR statistics and report as various monthly reports for management
•Process temporary contract renewal, probationary of permanent staff, staff transfer, and certification letter
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, BBA or related fields
•At least 2 years of experience in payroll management or related fields
•HRIS implementation experience is preferably
•Good command of English and Computer literacy
•Good communication and Interpersonal skills
•Self-motivated and be able to work independently
•Good relationship and service mind, together with ability to work with people from different levels and functions
