Hearing

Once we receive your request for recruitment, consultants will request to have an interview with you. Our consultants will listen deeply to the job contents, candidate requirements, your background in recruitment, recruitment issues, business models, and other requirements in order to design the proper job posting. Then we will suggest candidates to solve your company's business issues.

Creating and Checking Job Posting

We will create a job posting based on the contents of the interview. Your company will check the job posting and decide whether or not it can be posted or published on the websites.

Search/Candidate Introduction

In addition to Pasona's database, we utilize our business partners' media and scouting sites to find talented candidates who match your company's needs. To encourage the candidates, when introducing job openings to the potential candidates, our consultants directly share the appeal of your company, which cannot be understood from job postings alone.

Document Screening/Interview

Your company will complete the candidates' documents screening and interviewing them. During this selection process, the consultant will follow up on schedules and confirm the selection status. At the time of documents screening, we will provide a letter of recommendation that shows the image of the candidattes, such as personality and reason for changing jobs. During the interview phase, we will provide feedback of the candidate's impressions after the interview.

Unofficial Offer 〜 Decision to Join the Company

For the candidate who wish to be hired, we will issue a letter of offer and our consultant will confirm the candidate's intention to join your company. Even after employment is confirmed, we will continue to provide necessary support, such as following up on candidate's resignation negotiations, in order to ensure that they join the company as planned.
