ENGAGEMENT
Pasona Engagement questions are customized for companies operating in Thailand which is useful for improving management/HR measures, team management, and employee growth.
Pasona Engagement was developed by Pasona Group. We collaborated on research with the Hosei University Graduate School to create a survey platform and database that has been available in Japan since 2012.
In addition, Associate Professor Pontanarat Kritini, Chulalongkorn University (Marketing Department, Faculty of Commerce) conducts research to adjust the Pasona Engagement Survey's questions to be more suitable for the companies in Thailand. The results from the survey will be used for comparative analysis with high-performing Thai-listed companies to help identify organizational issues for further improvement.
