- Collect requirment from user
- Design logic flow , function of the program
- Develop assigned project according to requirement budget and timeschedule.
- Perform manual test, unit test.
- Analyze and debug error in application.
- Provide coordination support in an accounting application implementation project
- Respond to customer’s requests such as meeting arrangement, follow-up related parties
- Create project related document and explain it to the related parties (Execute presentation)
- Maintain reasonable discipline and decorum in the working area.
- Perform other functions or projects, which may be assigned by upper level.
- Handle multi-tasks with confirming the priority with customer

-Good connection with government departments related to real estate development in Bangkok,
-Good Experience in applying for the construction permits, EIA permit and other permissions and licenses for high-rise condominium projects in Bangkok.
-Familiar with local laws, codes, regulations related to real estate development in Bangkok.
-Good communication skills and outgoing personality and has strong passion and commitment to achieve company's goals.
- Conduct marketing activities for Factory automation industry
- Implementing Line Marketing, Facebook, Digital Marketing(SEO/SEM), SMS Marketing, Excel expert, Exhibition handling
- Products to handle are Sensor, Programmable controller, Measurment Equipment, Vision system, Laser marker, Microscope, Barcode reader etc
- Any urgent matter will also be handled by the officer so there may be unexpected jobs apart from routine jobs
- Expecting OT maximum 50 hrs/month
- Arrange administrative tasks to support the Sales department to enhance Sales effectiveness
- Receive and answer customer inquiries from incoming call form customer
- Prepare sales document e.g. quotation, order confirmation and shipment
- Reply and acknowledge E-mail inquiries from customer
- Track shipment and delivery to ensure fast delivery system
- Coordinate with warehouse and courier in shipment issues
- Support customers and sales engineer request
- Enhance and maintain customer satisfaction
- Expect OT max 50 hrs/month
・Mainly in charge of 2 functions, "finding new client" & "develop business with existing client".
・To find new client: Promote the services by cold call, email and visit. Japanese & Non-Japanese company are target.
・To develop business with existing client: Continue contacted training services. And plan more effective training or service for them.
・Hear the problem and improvement point, analyze them, and propose the solutions by the services.
・Work closely with Japanese manager and support him if needed.
・Firstly learn sales style from senior. Able to learn business from orientation provided by the company.
*CELM ASIA has no office in Thailand yet. But they'll start some activities before office establishment (next 1~2 years).
*This is temporary staff position, contacted with Pasona Thailand (employment contract with Pasona Thailand).
*Work for CELM ASIA, not Pasona Thailand.
*Contract term is negotiable. The company basically expect term of contact is 1~2 years.
