Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients(Store) with distributors mostly in up-country.
- Drive distributor and sales team performance to achieve monthly sales-out targets, focusing on closing performance gaps.
- Take full responsibility for distributor performance, including profiling, opportunity identification, and preparation for business reviews.
- Develop and execute action plans to meet individual KPI targets.
- Lead the execution of channel objectives and continuously improve sales coverage through effective route planning.
- Coach and support distributor sales representatives to elevate in-market execution and deliver best-in-class results.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Traditional Trading (Prefers from stationeries).
- Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential for reporting and analysis.
- At least Nearly-intermediate in English (for presentations & reporting).
- Owning a personal car and having a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to travel domestically for store visits and meetings with customers.
