- Support the transfer oversea project into the Prachinburi facility.
- Coordinate design improvement projects with the oversea and Prachinburi engineering teams.
- Support Agency/Regulatory activities by performing compliance testing and participating in periodic audits.
- Ensure design for manufacture, design for service, and design for installation are optimized during development, including obtaining cross functional input and personally validating the suitability of the product.
- Prepare concept sketches, detail drawings, design models, and specification documents for product designs.
- Collaborate closely with quality, service, and production team.
- Prepares root cause analysis, test performance, schedule, and cost information, as required.
- Assist in the creation of assembly of a functional prototype.
- Facilitate the setting up of appropriate service parts, new kits and plan all accessories for assigned projects to be available at product launch.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years of technical design required.
- Must possess knowledge and some practical experience of manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Solidworks, Sheetmetal modeling required.
- Understanding of prototyping techniques and ability to evaluate supplier capabilities.
- Understanding of common fabrication and assembly techniques and manufacturing.
- Ability to read and produce technical documents.
- Good level of English both written and communication.
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to function in fast-paced environments.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP and PLM system.
- QAD/Arena experience a plus.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office experience and excellent communication skills.
