JOB DETAIL

- Operate, set up, and control CNC machines efficiently to ensure smooth production.
- Edit, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC programs to support daily production requirements.
- Program CNC machines and manage all related programs, including proper backup of programs.
- Control and maintain tools, including inserts and tooling equipment.
- Perform machine and equipment inspections, including measuring instruments and production tools, and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Test project work, participate in Kaizen activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and resolve production problems, and report issues to supervisors.
- Participate in company activities and systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 5S, Kaizen, and Safety programs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Vocational Certificate (High Vocational Level or equivalent), preferably in Tool & Die/Mechanical/Industrial fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in machine operation or CNC-related work.
- Ability to use AutoCAD, NX, and CIMCO software.
- Ability to operate CNC controllers such as FANUC, OKUMA, and MITSUBISHI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to improve processes.
- Able to work as part of a team and follow company standards.
- Lower intermediate level of English.
